Hey Aimee! I have gotten my first vaccine shot and will be getting my second one in a few weeks! Even though it does not completely prevent COVID, I’m happy to receive my shot.

This is a little late, but some of the women that inspire me include my mom, my high school teacher who listened when I had family issues, and my high school history teacher. These women have been so strong and resilient throughout their lives, and they extended their experience to me when I needed them the most. I can only hope to be like them to others!

            Hey Hannah,

I’m really sorry you’re feeling bad again. I can definitely relate to the feeling of doing well and seemingly falling back into feeling absolutely terrible. I wish I had a perfect solution, but truthfully, I didn’t even get diagnosed until last year. I would definitely bring it up to your doctor and let them know that things aren’t working for you right now, you deserve to feel at your best as much as you can. Some things I do include just blasting music while driving, or doing something mindless, but I don’t know if those are exactly the healthiest coping mechanisms.

I hope things will feel better soon. 🙂 It’s not easy but I’m proud of you just for speaking out and being honest and vulnerable.

I think a good first step is being more aware of what’s affecting your community and evaluating if you contribute to the problem, and how to lessen the burden or effects on others. Good question!

                  Hi Hannah!!

I’m sorry you had a bad day at work, I hope tomorrow will be better for you! I’m looking forward to moving into an apartment with my best friend, getting a job/internship, and seeing where things go with a guy i’m connecting with. What about you??

I love this!! I absolutely agree, my therapist has always told me that being anxious is just causing me more misery!

I sent my first email as the secretary for the club I’m in! It’s a small accomplishment but I’m super proud, since I was very nervous about my abilities for this role.

I think one of the biggest things as a college student was just simply interacting with people. All of my best memories was going out with friends, seeing people in the caf, and traveling. I think without Covid, I wouldn’t have gained a great therapist and a deeper understanding of myself through therapy, but I do know that I don’t miss colds and flus!
