@Noelle The app that I have been using the most is Homework Pal which allows you to put color code by class, and it will notify you what assignments you have due that day. I have found it to be helpful, so hopefully you will as well.
I don’t have a particular theme per se, but I have a certain color scheme just so things don’t clash. Other than that, it’s sort of a hodgepodge of things I love because your home should make you happy. If a theme makes you happy then you should have a theme, but you shouldn’t try to force stuff you love into a theme or buy things you don’t like just because it fits in the theme.
And for exercise, try doing yoga. I’ve found it very relaxing, and it’s a good entry-level exercise if you don’t have much experience or need to get back into exercising every day. It’s also easy since you don’t need any equipment. I downloaded an app called Workouts for Women that is free and is filled with different workouts ranging from beginner to advanced targeting different body parts (ex. legs, arms) and different goals (ex. lose weight, gain muscle). You can even schedule a time for the app to remind you to workout, and it will keep track of which workouts you do and how many hours you put in. I would definitely recommend it because it has helped me immensely with getting into a daily exercise routine.
I would suggest trying to meal plan your week so that way you can budget in days where you can eat whatever you want and balance those with days of healthier eating. I also agree that drinking plenty of water will definitely help. Soups are very easy as well, and they can be quite nutritious and tasty at the same time.

It can solve problems just as easily as miscommunication can create them. Being open and honest with your partner about what you’re feeling and what works best for you is the best way to navigate differences.

Because of my father’s example, I always try to find humor in everything and laugh every day. It truly is the best medicine.

This is one of my favorites by Lang Leav titled “Women’s Anthem”
Women are fierce. They are powerful. No matter what language they speak, how they dress or the work they choose to do. What matters is they have a choice, and the freedom to carve out a life for themselves. As long as we know women, who are strong and resilient, we must respect them, carry them forward, lift them up. For they are the product of all our other selves, the women we were, the ones we strive to be, the collective struggle of our mothers, our sisters, our daughters. Our salvation will only come if we stand together.

I agree with Noelle that having a weekly planner has definitely helped keep track of assignments. I have also used certain apps that will notify me when a due date is coming up which I have also found to be helpful.
