Calhoun County Medical Care Facility (CCMCF) provides 24-hour professional services to its residents, while the Marian E. Burch Adult Day Care Center engages clients with recreational and social activities. Services provided between the two facilities (located on the same campus) include medical care administered by skilled nurses and nursing assistants/practitioners, case mangement, meals, life enrichment with recreation and socialization, skilled/restorative therapy and rehabilitation services, and much more to ensure peace of mind for clients and their caregivers.

The Cadillac Oasis-Family Resource Center provides shelter to victims of domestic and their children as well as parenting education and support programs for the Wexford and Missaukee Counties, all at no cost. The Second Chance Resale Store sells clothing, collectibles, and household goods. Household/clothing packets are provided to survivors of domestic violence who are relocating, as well as vouchers for people in need of clothing who have been referred from other agencies. Work attire is also provided for survivors who are job searching.
