Branch County Gay Pride (Branch Pride) is dedicated to promoting cooperative efforts for social activities to support causes of importance to the LGBTQ community as well as the community's wellbeing. Branch Pride offers rallies and festivals to celebrate the LGBTQ movement, support services in a safe and welcoming environment, as well as suicide and substance abuse prevention workshops.

The Branch County Coalition Against Domestic Violence (BCCADSV) provides emergency shelter and support services to victims of domestic and sexual violence and advocates for changes in society that will help break the cycle of violence.
