Higher Hopes! (HH) is a non-profit organization that serves families with children enrolled in Early Head Start Child Care Partnership Programs in Metro-Detroit. Focus on Love also has a Focus on Sight program to support the awareness of good vision care with parents, teachers, and other child advocates; through partnerships with vision care professionals, free vision exams and eyeglasses are provided to children of families at or below poverty level without vision insurance.
