SMCAA's programs include, but are not limited to monthly Commodity Surplus Food Program for seniors, Quarterly Temporary Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and food pantries for Families and individuals; Utility Assistance, Rental Assistance, Rental Education, Housing Rehab programs, Weatherization, Homeless Shelter, Homebuyer Education and additional programs that are designed to provide for the health, education and self-sufficiency of the population.

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is a patient-centered medical home, providing a broad array of comprehensive services and programs for all people. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NOAH provides accessible, affordable, and confidential care for individuals and families who have little or no access to basic health care. Our integrative medical, dental, and behavioral health services are provided by an interdisciplinary health care team, which is supported with community outreach programs, and patient specific education programs.   NOAH is the recognized leader as a patient-centered medical home providing high quality, innovative, sustainable and affordable healthcare that promotes the well-being of the entire community. At NOAH, we focus on promoting the health of our communities through well-care visits, immunizations, prenatal care, dental care and medical management of chronic diseases. The NOAH clinics offer a full range of health providers, including family medicine physicians and nurse practitioners, dentists and dental hygienists, registered dietitians and behavioral health professionals, to ensure the highest quality of compassionate care. Uninsured and underserved people of all ages within Maricopa County are encouraged to use the services and programs offered through the NOAH Health Centers.
