Veteran Services

Hospice of Michigan (HOM) seeks to provide peace, comfort, and quality care for all patients receiving end-of-life care. Care is offered in homes and facilities as needed, and HOM provides caregiver education to help family members and loved ones better care for their patients. Additionally, HOM strives to meet veterans' needs through its We Honor Veterans program. Other services including grief support and child programs (through Anchors Programs for Children) are also provided.
