The Old Irving Park Community Clinic (OIPCC) is a free, primary care facility founded in 2007 on the belief that all people, regardless of socio-economic status, have the right to quality health care. Its objective is to provide quality, free, culturally competent medical and behavioral health care in a dignified and respectful manner to uninsured and under-served adults. It does this through partnerships with individual volunteers, institutional health care providers, and local businesses.
