Faith in Action of Oakland County (FIAOC) focuses on repairing the homes of low-income elderly and disabled residents in Pontiac. FIAOC recruits volunteers and construction companies to help repair safety issues in homes, such as problems with roofing, plumbing, ramps, and more.

The Bay City Housing Commission's (BCHC) mission is to enhance the quality of life in the community through the provision and improvement of decent, safe, affordable housing programs that meet the needs of citizens. The BCHC maintains several properties for residents, including apartments available for seniors, disabled, and/or handicapped persons. All properties have health clinics scheduled with the Bay County Health Department, a food commodity program, and easy accessibility to meal/activity programs provided by other local agencies as well as transportation services.

FONAG, Inc's goal is to assist its residents in achieving life goals and to support a comprehensive system of quality care and services designed to achieve their optimum level of health, well-being and dignity. FONAG also provides diabetic care, memory care, incontinence care, non-ambulatory care, in addition to other medical services and therapies. Recreational needs are also met through outings and planned activities, and transportation can be provided at an additional cost.

OLHSA welcomes those in need with a comprehensive set of services, focusing on meeting the basic needs of senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and people suffering from economic hardship. Some of the Livingston County branch's services include emergency shelter and food, emergency utility assistance, emergency medical and financial assistance, foreclosure counseling, supportive services for veterans and their families to provide rapid hehousing to homeless vets, home and care services for seniors, transportation assistance, and more.
