Miracle Meadows Ranch uses animal-assisted therapies to help improve the quality of life for people from all walks of life, from women in need of recovery, to children, and older adults suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Miracle Meadows contributes to community events and programs with both canine and equine-assisted therapy, and host their own programs and camps right on their ranch.

AH's services range from pallative care, medication/equipment management, help with everyday living activites, caregiver education and training, complementary therapies such as music/massage/pet therapy, grief counseling, to a pediatric program through a partnership with Anchors Programs for Children.
