Within walking distance of downtown Chelsea, Chelsea Wellness Center (CWC) is a medically integrated wellness center. CWC provides access to a 25-yard lap pool, warm water pool, indoor walking track, the latest in cardiovascular equipment and strength and resistance training equipment. Group exercise classes are available for members and guests alike and a variety of options include yoga, Pilates, low and high intensity aerobics, aquatic classes, and cycling. Scholarships are also available through the wellness center, available to anyone whose income level is at or below 200% (two times) federal poverty guidelines.

The Charitable Union contributes to human dignity by providing clothing, bedding, and small household items free of charge to those in need, as well as connecting people to resources in the community. Services offered include providing clothing packages for children and babies; clothing for adults such as work attire, professional attire, workboots, and special occasion dresses; free monthly feminine products including a variety of pads and tampons; and providing other necessities for those in need such as learning materials for children and adults, pots/pans/dishes for the recently homeless, and coordinated referral services for urgent needs.
