The Avenue Family Network provides a variety of programs to foster the development of community, family, and individual potential to support healthy and self-sufficient lives for children, families, and adults. Some of the Avenue’s programs include adult day services, adult in-home care services, a center for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and a guardianship program to care for developmentally disabled, mentally-ill, and otherwise vulnerable adults.
