Difference Makers is a mentoring and substance abuse prevention organization founded to empower at-risk youth in the community to make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their potential. Difference Makers utilizes support groups, 12 step meetings, life skills training, counseling, and afterschool/weekend activities to help encourage teens to live a life free of substances.
