Metropolitan North is part of Metropolitan Family Services, which has been empowering Chicago-area families to reach their greatest potential and positively impact their communities since 1857. The Carondelet Balance Center serves as a “one-stop” care center for adults suffering from vertigo, dizziness, disequilibrium or a balance dysfunction or who have a history of frequent falls. It’s the first comprehensive evaluation and rehabilitation center for balance disorders in Southern Arizona.
