Asian Human Services Family Health Center (AHSFHC) patient population is an incredibly diverse group of people including many immigrants and refugees. Because of the clinic's unique focus, its patients come from across Chicagoland, knowing they will receive high quality medical and dental care in a culturally-sensitive and linguistically diverse environment. AHSFHC has highly trained medical and dental providers on staff. All providers are bilingual and speak a variety of languages which allows patients access to a provider who can speak their language, if the providers or staff do not speak the language it also has access to a variety of interpreters who will be able to assist patients at no cost to the patient.

Avalon Housing works to build safe, healthy, and inclusive supportive housing communities to combat homelessness in Washtenaw County. Avalon's supportive housing combines affordable housing with support services to help people achieve housing stability and lead healthier, productive lives. Supportive housing is geared toward people who have been chronically homeless and have behavioral and physical health challenges, including mental illness and substance use disorders. Residents have access to many individualized services including case management, advocacy, primary medical care, and after school/summer programs for youth.
