Erie Foster Avenue Health Center is Erie’s first location on a hospital campus, offering all new equipment in a state-of-the-art, beautiful environment. It offers primary medical care for children, adults and older adults, prenatal care and women’s health services, behavioral health services, chronic disease management, vaccines and flu shots, STI testing and treatment. It also hosts a Lending Hands for Life satellite clinic, which provides care for patients with HIV/AIDS, as well as certain dental services.

Uninsured and underserved people of all ages within Maricopa County are encouraged to use the services and programs offered through the NOAH Health Centers.
