The OutCenter's primary programs include the Teen Pride Genders & Sexualities Alliance, which is a student club for LGBTQ+ and allies that hosts activites to help students learn about themselves; the LGBTQ+ Safe Schools Collaborative that provides workshops and assistance to school staff, youth, and families to improve school safety; the Advocacy & Education program which engages in outreach and advocacy; the Drop-In Center which provides a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ and allies along with a computer lab and educational library; and counseling services, support groups, and victim services for LGBTQ+ and HIV-positive individuals.
