Bay City Child & Family Services is a branch of Wellspring Lutheran Services that offers foster care, adoption, and family services in the Bay City area. Some services offered include foster care and adoption counseling, and family support services such as family preservation programs, a reunification program, and a 28-day crisis intervention program for high-risk families with evidence of child abuse or neglect.
