The objective of the Muslim Unity Center (MUC) is to develop, support and promote an Islamic way of life and to ensure the emergence of an American Muslim identity. Some of MUC's services include a direct family assistance program that provides aid to families struggling with food/bills/clothing/car/rent/housing payments/transportation, family counseling and mediation, and religious services.

MISSION The mission of NAMI Georgia is to empower affiliates to create communities where all affected by mental illnesses find hope, help, and acceptance through SUPPORT, EDUCATION and ADVOCACY. OUR GOALS Advocate at the county, state and national levels for non-discriminatory access to quality healthcare, housing , education and employment for people with mental illness. Educate the public about mental illness. Work to eliminate the stigma of mental illness. Advocate for increased funding for research into the causes and treatment of mental illness.
