Our Lady's Inn provides pregnant women and their children shelter and hope for a new life through humble acts of love. Our Lady's Inn is a maternity home and aftercare program for homeless, pregnant women and their children serving the St. Louis and St. Charles metropolitan communities. We provide: a safe home; pre- and postnatal nursing care; counseling and case management; vocational and educational guidance; housing case management; addictions treatment referrals; and essential basic needs such as food, clothing, and baby items.

The Alpena & Presque Isle Counties Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Team (ALPPICAN) is a partner of the Children's Trust Fund of Michigan that operates several programs for increasing awareness of and preventing child abuse and neglect, and educating parents. One of their most popular programs is their Baby Pantry, where food, clothing, and special items are offered for infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years.
