Northstar homes is a non-profit organization that provides residential community living to individuals that are homeless and/or suffers from mental illness. It has an atmosphere where its clients can thrive and reach its full potential. It provides supervised group living that allows individuals to live with peers and develop a support system while continuing to maximize their independence.

Old Irving Park Community Clinic (OIPCC) serves patients who are uninsured working adults and their families along with the unemployed who do not qualify for any type of government assistance programs, such as Medicaid or Medicare, or have no financial resources to pay for health care. OIPCC is the only free clinic within its service area (northwest side of Chicago). By caring for individuals, it also directly impact their families. Healthy families in the community enable people to keep their jobs, further their education, and improve their quality of life. Further, it enriches the community by creating opportunities for community outreach to volunteers that support OIPCC.

The Recovery Program is a 4-phase program designed to help men addicted to drugs and/or alcohol escape those addictions. It is our aim to assist these men in being transformed into successful, recovered, productive members of the community. The curriculum for the Recovery Program includes Bible studies, addiction recovery classes, and one-on-one meetings with a certified counselor. Guests are also aided in developing their resumes and preparing for interviews as they enter the later phases of the program. Literacy classes as well as GED preparation and testing are also available if needed. Oliver Gospel is focused on a recovery relevant, biblical-based program to help facilitate life transformation. The ultimate aim is to see the participants find jobs that enable them to find a stable place to live and lead self-sustaining, responsible lives. A man is only considered a graduate of the Recovery Program when he has:
