AIDS Walk New York has inspired nearly 890,000 people to walk and millions more to donate, raising nearly $155 million to combat HIV and AIDS. The funds raised at the event remain a vital lifeline sustaining the prevention, care, and advocacy programs GMHC provides for the thousands of individuals and families affected by the disease in the tri-state area. The proceeds also benefit several HIV/AIDS service organizations that are able to participate as teams and raise funds through the Community Partnership Program (CPP).

The mission of BCFWC is to provide holistic, comprehensive, accessible, affordable and quality primary health care and social services programs to individuals and the community with particular focus on the health care needs of the medically underserved population.
Brave Space Alliance is the first Black-led, trans-led LGBTQ+ Center located on the South Side of Chicago, dedicated to creating and providing affirming, culturally competent, for-us by-us resources, programming, and services for LGBTQ+ individuals on the South and West sides of the city. It strives to empower, embolden, and educate through mutual aid, knowledge-sharing, and the creation of community-sourced resources as it builds toward the liberation of all oppressed peoples.

The Brookland Foundation is a community-based, non-profit organization established in 1994 to extend outreach efforts to the Greater Columbia community. Recognizing a spiritual mandate to improve the community, the members of the Brookland Baptist Church in West Columbia authorized an initial $100,000 endowment to establish the Foundation.
