The Detroit Justice Center (DJC) is a non-profit law firm working alongside communities to create economic opportunities, transform the justice system, and promote equitable and just cities. In addition to outreach and advocacy, DJC offers the services of community legal workers who can perform legal research and investigation into the tax assessment appeal process and water shut off process, conduct client interviews, help community members complete forms, accompany clients to hearings and department meetings, and educate the community about their rights.

The Bay City Housing Commission's (BCHC) mission is to enhance the quality of life in the community through the provision and improvement of decent, safe, affordable housing programs that meet the needs of citizens.
