Does anyone else use music as a coping mechanism? I personally hold deep emotional connections to music and use songs to express how I feel, especially when I’m having difficulty opening up to people. Music just hits a deep part in my soul that nothing else can compare to.
I also love how listening to a certain song can remind me of someone and whenever I hear it I think of them. Whether it was their favorite song or the lyrics describe them, the song is just forever associated with that person.
