I just wanted to share that I joined the gym and today I went for the first time! It’s been over a year since i’ve gone to the gym so this experience was very nerve wracking, since it was a new gym and i went by myself. I was too anxious to do my old workout but I still got a good workout in and I’m excited to see how this’ll change me for the better!
I’m so proud that you went to the gym! It’s a small thing, but it’s the first step on a long journey to a healthier lifestyle! I wish you luck in accomplishing whatever your goal might be!!
