I just cant get the hang of breathing 🙂

        Ive been trying lots of mindfulness exercises, I just cant do it!

        ‘breathe in for 4… hold for 4… breathe out for 4… hold for 4’

        I either feel like my lungs will pop breathing in or I run out of breath breathing out!

        Anyone got any tips or breathing exercises for someone who is useless at breathing?? 😀
