I was just wondering if anyone’s depression is worse at night. I’m not sure what it is, it’s probably because during the day I have more distractions, but sometimes night times just get tough. Anyone else?
Yes, mine is definitely worse at night. Like you said, it’s because I’m not as distracted as I am during the day, and I can just lay there and think about everything. When it gets really bad, to the point I can’t sleep, I try to journal. I write down all my thoughts or plans for the week, and that seems to help me some.
Saleana- that sounds really difficult and painful *hugs*
Hannah- journaling seems like an excellent way to work through things!
