The purpose of The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust (TGOAHHCT) is to serve the underprivileged, domestic violence victims, underserved, children of child abuse, economically disadvantaged, poverty-stricken and low-income families and individuals in metropolitan Detroit, Michigan and other Wayne counties with support, assistance and resources. Some of TGOAHHCT’s programs include backpack/school supply and toy drives for kids, food drives to distribute food to people in need, transitional housing for veterans and domestic violence survivors with supportive services, care packages for veterans, and more.
