Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan (CCSEM) serves the most vulnerable of the community, providing an array of social services in Lapeer, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair and Wayne Counties. The Community Development Department provides administrative and financial oversight for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs.
