CareWell Services Southwest is one of 16 area agencies on aging in Michigan created by the Older Americans Act and designated by the Michigan Aging and Adult Services Agency. CareWell administers and advocates for services that allow seniors and persons with disabilities as well as their caregivers to maintain their independence and dignity. Some of CareWell's services include hearing/vision services, health coaching and disease management support, wellness workshops, caregiver and dementia support, nutritional education, elder abuse prevention workshops, Medicaid/Medicare assistance, and more.
