The Coach Eby Youth & Family Center aims to bring hope, education, recreation, and inspiration to youth and families of Branch County by creating a Christ-centered environment. CityLinC provides many community-building programs, such as the Youth Guidance Foster Care & Adoption Center which provides foster care resources and guidance, including free assesssments, training, and ongoing support for foster families, as well as adoption services including pre-adoption counseling and home evaluations; the Second Wind Mentors program connects non-violent parolees with mentors to help them successfully re-enter society; the Stuff-A-Bus Campaign that collects and distributes school supplies for schoolchildren in need; and CityLinC Women which provides opportunities for women to connect and develop strong support networks together.
