Fresh Start is a substance abuse rehab program run by the Abundant Life Church of God in Benton Harbor. Fresh Start provides behavioral therapy, substance abuse counseling, and trauma-related counseling to help individuals recover from their addictions.

Elderly/handicapped housing program, provide housing for low-income families, provide housing with specialized services for persons with mental illness; provides rental vouchers to disabled applicants who are not elderly and who have been determined eligible for Chapter 667 (elderly and disabled) housing.
The purpose of ADAPT is to provide residential, community inclusion, clubhouse, case management services, and/or vocational training and work experience. ADAPT serves individuals with developmental disabilities, persons with mental illness, and persons in need of vocational skills and employment. ADAPT offers day services, specialized group homes, in-home supports, employment resources, a sheltered factory workshop, and more.
