Women Who Weld is a nonprofit organization that teaches women how to weld and find employment in the welding industry, while also developing economic opportunities for women and diversifying the workforce; the goal of Women Who Weld's intensive welding training program is for participants to develop an in-demand skill and receive intensive training and preparation for full-time job, apprenticeship, or continuing education opportunities in the welding industry.
