Guardians of the Galaxy (Volumes 1 & 2) are my favorite movies! They just put me in a better mood. They’re also funny, so they lift my spirits when I’m having a rough day.

A song I can’t help but sing along to, but also makes me feel better is “Float On” by Modest Mouse. Especially when I feel like my anxiety is getting worse, this song helps me get through a lot.
