This workbook covers; understanding anxiety & depression, self care, CBT, automatic thoughts & unhelpful cognitions, and alternative responses. The workbook was primarily intended for a workshop, I’m assuming for students, however reading through the content I feel it would be a great resource for anyone struggling with depression or anxiety to not only learn but to help them work on themselves and to better themselves.
