I have really bad anxiety around work. I’m always worrying about how I’m doing and the small things that can go wrong.
Breathing exercises and workouts don’t really work for me. Tried therapy, and it’s okay in the short-term. Drinking works in the short term too, but I don’t want to make that a habit.
I think I need to stop caring about work, but this is a hard slow journey for me.
Any tips?
