        3. Anxiety might make me feel uncomfortable but I am in charge of my mind and body.

        7. I am free of anxiety an am living a calm life.

            Thank you so much for sharing these here, Victoria. There were several here I was not familiar with but could instantly see myself being able to use these when I find myself needing to regain control/calm down. Affirmations aren’t things that come easily to me so I usually stick to just focusing on the breath, but this list is great :-).
