I was wondering if anyone else struggles with ADHD and how it affects school and career. It’s so overwhelming to feel like you’re the only one who experiences this. Does anyone feel the same way?

I used to struggle with this– feeling overwhelmed without support can definitely be daunting. By talking about it with the friends in my life, I found out that several of them also struggle with ADHD. Having them around me so we can talk to and support each other has definitely made daily struggles feel less overwhelming.

I also struggle with ADD at times,  but I found the best way for me to deal with it is through exercise and physical activity. If I don’t want to do that, I try to focus on a hobby or something else to do for fun.
